By submitting content to TuneTunnel, you agree to comply with this Content Policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy
TuneTunnel performs content review and quality control measures to help maintain professional standards, reduce errors, and support compliance with the requirements of platforms, partners, and applicable laws.
Submission of content to TuneTunnel does not guarantee acceptance, distribution, continued availability, or monetization.
2. Ownership and Rights Requirements
You may only upload or distribute content through TuneTunnel if:
- you fully own and control all rights necessary to distribute that content; or
- you have obtained all required licenses, permissions, consents, and authorizations from the relevant rights holders.
You must have the legal right to use and distribute all elements included in your submission, including but not limited to:
- sound recordings;
- musical compositions;
- lyrics;
- beats or instrumentals;
- samples;
- cover artwork;
- artist names;
- trademarks, logos, and branding;
- featured performances, producer contributions, and collaborator contributions;
- videos or other related materials;
- metadata and release information.
If you do not fully own a work, you are solely responsible for securing every necessary license, permission, consent, or authorization before submission.
TuneTunnel may from time to time offer certain services intended to assist with specific rights, licensing, clearance, administrative, or compliance-related needs. However, unless you are expressly engaging TuneTunnel to provide such a service, and TuneTunnel has expressly agreed to do so, you remain solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and authorizations required for your content and its distribution, monetization, and related uses.
The availability of any such service through TuneTunnel does not relieve you of responsibility unless that service has been specifically requested by you and expressly undertaken by TuneTunnel.
Even where TuneTunnel offers licensing, clearance, administrative, or related rights-management services, you remain responsible for ensuring that such services are used correctly, requested for the correct content, and based on complete, accurate, and non-fraudulent information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information, representations, materials, and documentation you provide to TuneTunnel. TuneTunnel shall have no responsibility for errors, invalid coverage, rejected claims, failed clearances, or other issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information submitted by you or on your behalf.
You represent and warrant that all information, metadata, ownership details, licensing details, and supporting documentation provided by you are true, complete, current, and not misleading or fraudulent.
3. Originality and Accuracy
All submitted content must be original to you or properly licensed for your intended use.
You must not submit content that:
- infringes or may infringe the copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- is falsely claimed as original or owned by you;
- contains unauthorized samples, beats, loops, stems, vocals, artwork, or other protected elements;
- is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or falsely attributed;
- contains inaccurate or incomplete metadata.
You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is truthful, complete, and accurate.
4. Quality Control Review
TuneTunnel may review submitted content for technical quality, formatting, metadata accuracy, ownership-related issues, policy compliance, and platform suitability.
As part of our quality control process, we may review factors such as:
- audio quality;
- file formatting and technical specifications;
- cover art quality and compliance;
- metadata consistency and completeness;
- naming conventions;
- suspicious ownership or licensing issues;
- duplicate or repetitive submissions;
- signs of fraud, impersonation, or misuse.
TuneTunnel reserves the right to request corrections, additional information, proof of ownership, or proof of licensing before accepting or continuing distribution of any content.
5. Right to Reject, Remove, or Suspend Content
TuneTunnel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, remove, disable, suspend, delay, or take down any content if we believe that:
- the content violates this Content Policy;
- the content may infringe third-party rights;
- the content is of insufficient technical or professional quality;
- the content contains inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information;
- the content creates legal, commercial, reputational, or platform-related risk;
- a platform, partner, payment provider, or rights holder objects to the content;
- additional verification is needed and has not been provided.
TuneTunnel may take such action before or after distribution.
6. Proof of Rights and Supporting Documentation
At any time, TuneTunnel may require you to provide documentation showing your right to use and distribute submitted content. This may include, for example:
- licenses;
- written permissions;
- split sheets;
- producer agreements;
- artist agreements;
- publishing approvals;
- sample clearances;
- cover song licenses;
- identification or verification information;
- other supporting records.
Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in rejection, suspension, takedown, withholding of services, or account action.
7. Collaborations and Shared Rights
If content involves multiple creators, collaborators, performers, producers, or rights holders, you are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions and approvals have been obtained before submission.
TuneTunnel is not responsible for resolving disputes between collaborators, co-owners, labels, publishers, producers, or any other third parties claiming rights in the content.
8. Licensed and Third-Party Material
If your submission includes material that you do not fully own, you must have a valid license or authorization covering your intended use and distribution.
This includes any use of:
- sampled recordings;
- beats leased or purchased from third parties;
- instrumentals;
- stock or licensed artwork;
- third-party logos or brand references;
- translated lyrics or adapted works;
- remixes, edits, or derivative works.
You are solely responsible for confirming that your license is valid, sufficient in scope, and compatible with digital distribution and any related monetization.
9. Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that:
- infringes intellectual property or other legal rights;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonates another person or entity;
- includes unauthorized use of another artist’s identity, likeness, or branding;

TuneTunnel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, remove, disable, suspend, or report any content that it believes falls within any of the categories above or is otherwise inappropriate for distribution.
10. AI-Generated or Assisted Content
TuneTunnel does not prohibit content solely because it was created or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-based works are not inherently banned from the platform.
However, all AI-generated or AI-assisted content remains subject to this Content Policy and all other applicable standards, including originality, lawfulness, ownership, licensing, metadata accuracy, quality control, and platform suitability.
In particular, TuneTunnel does not allow:
- mass, repetitive, or spam-like distribution of fully AI-generated works;
- large-scale uploads of low-quality or duplicative AI-generated content;
- misleading submissions that falsely represent AI-generated content as human-created where such representation is deceptive or unlawful;
- AI-generated or AI-assisted content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable platform rules.
TuneTunnel reserves the right to review, limit, reject, remove, or request additional verification for AI-generated or AI-assisted content at its sole discretion.
11. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Availability
Compliance with this Content Policy does not guarantee that content will be accepted, distributed, remain live, be monetized, or be available on any particular platform or in any territory.
Final acceptance may depend on internal review, third-party platform requirements, legal considerations, and other business or operational factors.
12. Your Responsibility and Liability
You are solely responsible for all content you submit through TuneTunnel and for any consequences arising from that submission or distribution.
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
- you own the content or have all necessary rights to use and distribute it;
- all information you provide is accurate;
- your content does not violate any law or third-party right;
- you will provide supporting documentation if requested.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TuneTunnel against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your submitted content, your breach of this Content Policy, or your violation of any third-party rights.
